About Inheriting Sonship

Welcome

Hi, my name is Paul, and you are very welcome to my website.

I’m No Church Celebrity

Do you know your local postman personally? I don’t. Does your local postman have any bearing on the letters that are delivered? Of course not. What is important is not the messenger who brings the letter but the message itself. Once the letter is delivered, opened and read, the message speaks for itself and the postman who fulfilled his purpose is no longer important. Churches are often led by self-styled church celebrities, those with big names, big ideas, big qualifications and big egos. They roll around on the deck of the church like a loose cannon, poised to go off in the face of anyone that refuses to acknowledge that the celebrated church leaders of the established religion of church tradition are simply superior in every way. Unlike your local postman, these ministers of the church establishment celebrate their spiritual superiority and congratulate themselves for the theological orthodoxy of the good news in death message that they proclaim. I’m no church celebrity. I’m not like the Long Ranger, riding from church to church looking for hero status with my spiritual Tonto by my side ever-ready to tell me how great I am. I’m no one really, just an ordinary guy with a message.

What is my message?

In Psalm 103 David praised God that all his sins were forgiven, all his diseases were healed, his life was redeemed from all destruction, he was crowned with love and tender mercies and his mouth was satisfied with good things. These are the benefits that pretty much everyone would want. And yet, within the established religion of church tradition, nobody gets. Why not? As the good news of Jesus spread across the culturally Greek Roman Empire, those that heard the gospel did not understand it. They were ignorant of the scriptures and how important the Hebrews like Abraham and David were in the fulfilment of the purposes of God. They had no interest in the precious covenant promises that God made to them, and they did not participate in the divine nature. In fact, they imagined that people like Abraham and David were backward, ignorant and uncultured people that knew nothing of the far more advanced wisdom and superior philosophies of those who were culturally Greek. Knowing almost nothing about the Bible, they made up their own jigsaw Jesus with parts of the Bible they did know but filled in any gaps in their woeful ignorance of the scriptures and the real Jesus with a collage of images and ideas taken from their own essentially pagan Greek worldview. And they made up their own good news of being saved in death gospel; being saved from hades or hell after they were dead. And so, the religion of established church tradition was born. It was absolutely not founded upon the apostles and the prophets with Christ Jesus as the chief cornerstone. It was established by the Roman Emperor Constantine and his successors and the culturally Greek church councils that they convened.

True Salvation

From David’s perspective this is nonsense. David experienced true salvation and lived in the undeniable power of resurrection life. He was saved again and again in life by God anointing David with the Holy Spirit. This enabled him to live in the presence of power where the true salvation of overcoming victory was guaranteed. David lived with his sins forgiven, his diseases healed, his life redeemed from all destruction and was crowned with love and tender mercies; he was the Lord’s anointed. This is what the word Christian meant in the New Testament. This is true salvation, what it means to be truly saved. This has absolutely nothing to do with the good news in death salvation of Constantine’s church establishment, the religion of the Christianized but fallen Roman Empire. When you understand with your heart what true salvation meant to David, and how the anointing enabled him to live in the undeniable power of resurrection life, and you fulfil the covenant-conditions the way he did, God will do the same for you. Guaranteed. This is true salvation. This is what my message is all about.

Fatherhood and Sonship

The Old Testament was written in Hebrew to those who were culturally Hebrews and ancient Hebrew culture was hugely different to our culture today. The Hebrews were a people for whom fatherhood and sonship were of primary importance. In Genesis, Abraham was described as a Hebrew and God chose Abraham out of his own father’s house for him and his heirs to receive from God a father’s blessing. It was this same blessing that was for all the families of the Earth, poured out on the Day of Pentecost. What is important to understand is not what is taught within the established religion of church tradition today but what was understood by the Hebrews, people like Abraham and David, those who encountered and experienced the true salvation of God’s overcoming victory first hand. As such, an understanding of the cultural framework of the people about whom the Bible was originally written has a value of incalculable worth for those who wish to live in the undeniable power of resurrection life and as such, experience the true salvation of overcoming victory every day and in every way.

Jesus said in the Book of Revelation:

It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give water to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life, without cost. The one who overcomes will inherit all things, and I will be his God and he will be My son. But for the cowardly, and unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, the sexually immoral, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death

Revelation 21:6-8

The promise of freely drinking from the spring of the water of life, inheriting all things and becoming a Son of God is only for those who overcome by experiencing true salvation. They are the Sons of God who live in the undeniable power of resurrection life.

This is me bringing my message, from top left to bottom right; wearing the hand-cuffs of the gold-plated, guilt-edged, rose tinted spectacles of the hypocrisy of the established religion of church tradition; wearing the spectacles of supernatural revelation; wearing the spectacles of the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life; wearing the crown of the anointing that changes people’s hearts and gives them the power to overcome and one day, to inherit all things.

“The perfection of sonship is being so manifested that there is an absolutely rising tide of the sons of God….The tide is rolling in; let us see to it today that we get right out into the tide, the deep movings of eternity rolling and bringing in God”
