Unending Oceans of Timeless Liquid Love, Rolling and Bringing In God
The scoffers don’t believe there is a God, in the pride of their hearts they consider themselves as gods. The pride-poisoned puffed-up scoffers don’t believe in Creation, they believe that somehow, the Universe just created itself and that the Universe is self-existing but they are self-deceived. God is the one who is self-existing, not the Universe. It says in Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 “I know that there is no good except for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life, and that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God”. When people enjoy their food and drink, when they enjoy the work of their hands and the good that they do, this is the gift of God. God is good, God is real and God exists outside of space and time. God exists in the now. God can see the whole of history happening all at once. He can see the beginning, and he can see the end. Jesus said that God is the God of the living and not the dead because all are alive to him. God is helping you yesterday, God is helping you today, and God is helping you tomorrow. For God, there is no tomorrow, for God everything is now. Your whole life is God’s now! God simply IS. That is God’s personal name, I AM, or Yah in Hebrew. God is beyond our understanding, God is beyond our knowing, and yet, God can be known. God can be known because he chooses to reveal himself to people’s hearts. And he can, and he does. It is Jesus who reveals to us the real character and nature of God. That is why it says in John 1:18 “No man has seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him”. We live individualistic lives. We live in our own private little universe, and everything quite naturally revolves around us. God is not like that. God loves individuals but God sees things in corporate totalities. When God created Adam, he also created everyone who has ever been born and ever will be born except Jesus, for Jesus is God. God could see everyone, and God knew and knows from the beginning everything that everyone has ever thought, said and done. When Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden, everyone sinned with him, and everyone was born subject to the law of original sin. The essence of sin is pride, and wounded pride eventually leads to murder. Everyone apart from Jesus is part of Adam’s corporate prideful and sinful totality. The wages or salary or payment or reward or benefit of sin is ultimately death. We will discuss Adam’s sin and God’s plan of redemption in detail later in this book.
God has many names in the Bible, each express something of his wonderful character and personality. In Hebrew, God is Elohim which means literally the Powers That Be. This was often shortened to simply El. Other words were often added to the word El. Words like El-Elyon (God-the-ascended), El-Olam (God-the-everlasting), El-Roi (God-who-sees) and many others, were expressions of his name and behaviour. As already mentioned, God’s personal name in Hebrew is Yah or Yehovah (some pronounce it Yahweh) which means I AM THAT I AM, or I AM HE WHO IS, HE WHO WAS, AND HE WHO IS TO COME. This is of the commonest names for the God of Israel in the Bible and is spelt YHWH in Hebrew. It is traditionally translated as LORD. It is known as the tetragrammaton. In Hebrew, the root of Yehovah was probably hayah which means to be. Yehovah is probably a combination of three verb-forms of to be, he was, he is, and he shall be. Yah or Yehovah was incorporated into other words to further express the character and name of God. Words such as Yehovah-Rohi (I AM the Good Shepherd), Yehovah-Shammah (I AM with you), Yehovah-Rapha (I AM your healer), Yehovah-Yireh (I AM the one who will provide) to name just a few. Jesus said to Nicodemus in John 3:13 “And no man has ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man who is in heaven”. How could Jesus as the Son of Adam or man be in heaven and upon earth at the same time? The answer is that he is both fully man and fully God. Jesus confirmed this when he said in John 3:33-34 “Yet a little while am I with you, and then I go to him that sent me. You shall seek me, and shall not find me: and where I AM, there you cannot come”. Both Jesus’ divinity and his humanity is confirmed in Psalm 45:6-7 “Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre. You loved righteousness, and hated wickedness: therefore God, thy God, has anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows”. Just as the word synagogue means a meeting together, syncretism means a mixing together. The blind guides of the religion of established church tradition teach that Jesus is God the Son, co-equal, co-eternal and yet distinct from the other two persons of the Godhead or Holy Trinity. This syncretic mixing of ideas, traditions and beliefs from different ages, people groups and cultures is a recipe for disaster. Why? Because within the ancient Hebrew culture of the Bible, everything is real. Within the philosophical, ideological and theological realms of the church establishment, nothing is real. Everything is conceptual, including the Trinity. Water is liquid, but can be manifest in solid form as ice or in gas form as steam. As such water is one in three, solid, liquid or gas. In the same way God is Spirit, but God can manifest himself as a Father, God became a man to manifest himself as the Son, and God himself is the Holy Spirit who manifests himself as either the Father, or the Son or simply Himself for he is God. Just as water can be one in three, so can God. God does not exist across all space and time in three different eternal and co-equal persons of a Father, Son and Holy Spirit seen conceptually as a community of one. God is One and his personal name is I AM, not WE ARE. The plurality of God’s name Elohim in Hebrew represents the plurality of God’s almighty power, not persons. God chose to manifest himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit in order to establish Sonship for the Sons of God. Remember, God is one, but Jesus is two, fully God and fully man. This is indeed a great mystery. That is why Paul said in 1 Timothy 3:16 “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory”. It was God that was manifest in the flesh not God the Son, Jesus is the incarnation of God, God in the flesh. When doubting Thomas put his hand in Jesus wounds and said in John 20:28 “My Lord and my God”. Within Thomas’ culture, he was confirming that Jesus as a man was Yehovah’s Anointed, the Messiah, the Lord and Son of David, and as God he is Yehovah God. To suggest he was talking to or even thinking about some aspect of the Trinity is sheer fantasy. Worse than that, it is a devil induced deception. David said in Psalm 135:5 “For I know that the LORD [Yehovah] is great, and that our Lord [Adon] is above all gods”. King David described Yehovah God as his Lord, Adon in Hebrew, Adon is related to Eden. Eden means to see the door of life or the judge, Adon means first or strong judge. Paul says in Romans 1:1-4 “Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the son of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead”. The Son of God is the Son of David not God the Son. In the beginning, God was the Father, Adam was the Son, and the Holy Spirit was the gift of God as a Father to Adam that filled his heart with paradise. In Hebrew, the word father is ab. It literally means the strength of the house. When Jesus said my Father, who was he talking about? Was he talking about the first person of the fictitious fantasy called the Trinity? Or was he talking about himself as the Son of Adam or man with a perfect relationship with God as his Father because God is the strength of the house of his heart? God is the author of his character, personality and name. Jesus is the incarnation of God, God in the flesh. The name Jesus is a transliteration of the Greek form ‘Iesous which in turn is a transliteration of the form Yehoshua in Hebrew. Yehoshua is a combination of the name of Yehovah, and the word Yasha. Yasha is a pictograph of a hand or arm, teeth, and an eye. It means literally the arm of strength that watches out for and destroys the enemy. It was related to words for a watching shepherd. The circle of meaning of this word is victory, open spaces, wide or free, safety, rescue, deliverance, overcoming, avenge and defend. As a name, Yehoshua (Yehovah Is Salvation) is sometimes dissimilated into the word Yeshua Ye(ho)shua. Yehovah is the one that brings overcoming power and the victory of healing and deliverance in every circumstance of life. David said in Psalm 35 “Plead my cause, O Lord [Yehovah], with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. Take hold of shield and buckler and stand up for mine help. Draw out also the spear and stop the way against them that persecute me: say unto my soul, I am thy salvation”. As we have seen, I AM YOUR SALVATION, in Hebrew is Yehoshua, in Greek is ‘Iesous, in English is Jesus. No one every called the real Jesus, Jesus; his real name is Yeshua. In the Book of John, Jesus makes seven declarations that confirmed that HE IS GOD. Those that heard the words of Jesus firsthand knew what he was claiming and frequently picked up stones and were ready to stone him to death. Jesus did not say “Don’t panic everyone, no need to fly off the handle, I AM just God the Son, I AM not God the Father” but did say in John 14 “He who has seen me has seen the Father” and in John 8:58 “Before Abraham was, I AM”.
Jesus said in John 6:32-33, 35 “I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. For the bread of God is he which comes down from heaven, and gives life unto the world. I AM the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger; and he that believes on me shall never thirst”. After Jesus resurrection he appeared to his disciples and said in John 20:21-22 “Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and says unto them, Receive you the Holy Spirit”. How did the Father send Jesus? He breathed him out. Jesus is the living incarnation of the living word, Son of God spoken by the Spirit of God. Jesus’ identity as the Son of God is the bread of life. Jesus said that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Those that share in Jesus’ identity as the Son of God believe from within him that they are the Sons of God together with Jesus. They are part of the corporate identity of the Son of God. In Hebrew, there are two words for son, both with similar meanings. The first is ben, and is a pictograph made up of a house or tent and a sprouting seed. The second is bar and is a pictograph of a house or tent and a man. Both mean literally the life or continuation of the house. God as a Father dwells within the house of the hearts of the Sons of God just as God dwells within Jesus’ heart. Jesus becomes the living bread of their lives, and they become the living personality of God’s ideal Son just as Jesus is. According to Jesus in Mark 7:27, the children’s bread is the healing of the sick and the casting out of demons. This is only possible because the bread of Jesus body was broken on the cross by those he came to save; he bore their sins in his body on the tree so they could die to sinning and live to do what is right, and by his wounds, they are healed. This is the real bread of what the real Jesus came to bring. Of course, the father of lies uses the lying traditions of the established church to take away signs, wonders and miracles and the real and true bread of the living word of God spoken by the Holy Spirit of God and replace it with the unreal junk food of church dogma, sacraments, creeds, theologies, ceremonies, rituals, incantations, spells, sermons and tradition.
Jesus said in John 8:12 “I AM the light of the world: he that follows me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life”. John said in 1 John that God is light, in him is no darkness at all. It says in John 1:1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not anything made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men”. In Hebrew, the word for light is a pictograph of a seed or darting fish, and the head of a man. It means literally the living head, the flickering flame on the top of a candle. It means something real. John went on to say that the true light that brings light to every man was coming into the world. Jesus is the incarnation of God, not a syncretic conceptual figment of the fantasy faith of the unreal religion of church tradition. Jesus said in Luke 11:34-35 “The light of the body is the eye: therefore, when your eye is good, your whole body also is full of light; but when your eye is evil, your body also is full of darkness. Take heed therefore that the light which is in you be not darkness”. The evil-eyed blind guides of religion believe in the darkness of a religious jigsaw Jesus that they read about in a culturally Greek religious commentary. The Sons of God believe from within Jesus and the light of their relationship with God is a heart redeemed from pride that is perfectly filled with the light of the eternal life’s breath or Holy Spirit of the paradise of God’s fatherhood.
Jesus said in John 10:9-10 “I AM the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. The thief comes not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly”. The devil is the father of lies. He is the thief who comes to steal, kill and destroy and he does so by lying. When people believe the devil’s lies it is called deception. In Hebrew, the word for deception is nasha, related to the English gnash. It is a pictograph of a seed, teeth and the head of a bull. It means literally a continued strong pressing or gnashing in despair. Jesus frequently warned of those who would be cast out into outer darkness where there will be weeping and the gnashing of teeth. Those who say to God, Father your kingdom come, and your will be done, and understand the truth of who they are praying to, enter through the door of the real Jesus to find pasture and are saved out of the dominion or control of the stealing, killing and destroying devil and the darkness of his lies. They are saved, healed and delivered because God as a Father sees them as he sees Jesus and part of Jesus’ corporate identity as the Son of God. God loves individuals but works in corporate totalities. What God did for Jesus when he rose Jesus from the dead, he does for them too because they are in him, and he is in them. They enter through the door daubed with the blood of the Lamb to become part of the corporate totality of the Son of God.
Jesus said in John 10:11,14-15 “I AM the Good Shepherd: the Good Shepherd gives his life for the sheep. I am the Good Shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep”. Someone’s real father is the author of their character, behaviour and personality. John said in 1 John 2:3-5 “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that says, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso ever keeps his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him”. John is clear, those who keep God’s commandments know him, and he knows them. They have entered into eternal life because the Good Shepherd laid his supernatural eternal life down for his sheep. His sheep are now within him. Eternal life is not life after death but is having a heart redeemed from pride and instead being filled with the eternal life’s breath or Holy Spirit of God’s fatherhood, the life of the Good Shepherd. They died to their old lives in the waters of baptism and now Jesus lives their lives within and for them. That is why Paul said in Galatians 2:20 “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me”. They live by the faith of the Son of God, not their own.
Jesus said in John 11:25 “I AM the resurrection, and the life: he that believes in me, although he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever lives and believes in me shall never die”. The religious Jesus that is believed in by the sand-builders of the church establishment is just a caricature of the real Jesus. This cardboard-cutout jigsaw Jesus of tradition doesn’t do anything because he isn’t real. The real Jesus, or Yeshua, is someone completely different. God anointed the Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with kingdom power: Jesus went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was with him. The real Jesus is the heir of the kingdom promises that God spoke to both Abraham and king David. The real Jesus is the same, yesterday, today and forever, and the real Jesus continues his ministry through those upon whom he has placed the anointing of his Holy Spirit. They live in the undeniable overcoming power of resurrection life. That is why Paul said in Philippians 3:10 “I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death, and so, somehow, attaining to the resurrection from the dead”. For Paul, becoming like Jesus in Jesus’ death meant that Jesus’ resurrection was his own hope of living in the power of resurrection life.
Jesus said in John 14:6 “I AM the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me. If you had known me, you should have known my Father also: and from henceforth you know him, and have seen him”. Established religious orthodoxy teaches that the way to the Father is by praying the sinner’s prayer and to believe in going to heaven when you die. That is the syncretic fallacy of the blind guides. Adam was the original Son of God who was with the Father in the paradise of Eden. Jesus is the way back to the Father, but this is not by dying and going to heaven. In Hebrew, the word for grave or tomb is a pictograph that means literally the final home of a man. Abraham, Isaac and Jacob were all buried in their graves in the promised land and were waiting for resurrection. They did not go to heaven when they died. We will discuss this in detail later in this book. The way to the Father is to have a heart redeemed from murderous pride and to be filled with the life’s breath or Holy Spirit of the Pentecostal paradise of God’s fatherhood. That is why John said in 1 John 3:1 “Behold, what manner of love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not”. The blind guides are exactly that, they don’t know the real Jesus and they are not the Sons of God. They don’t bear the right fruit.
Jesus said in John 15:1,5-7 “I AM the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. I am the vine, you are the branches: He that abides in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me you can do nothing.” Everyone was within Adam when he sinned, and the whole of fallen humanity represents the corporate totality of the false vine. The false vine bears the fruit of the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life that comes from the false tree, the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Those that abide in Jesus are part of the true vine, the tree of life, they have the same Father as Jesus, bear the same fruit, and share in the same destiny.
As we have seen, the words father and son are relationship words. So, when Jesus used the words Father and Son in relation to God he was describing God as a father, and the Son as someone whose character, personality and name has been authored or fathered by God. That is why Jesus said in Luke 11:11-13 “If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent? Or if he shall ask an egg, will he offer him a scorpion? If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?” So, who then is the Holy Spirit? In Latin the Holy Spirit is Sanctus Spiritus which means literally holy breath or wind, spiritus being the Latin for breath or wind. In English the word inspire means literally in-breathed. In Hebrew the word for spirit is ruach, and is a pictograph made up of a man, and a fence or wall. It literally means a fenced in man. Which part of man is fenced in? His breath. It is the breath of a man that follows the fenced in or prescribed path of inhaling and exhaling. Ruach was associated with words such as path, millstone, travelling and seasonal winds that all followed a prescribed path. It was also associated with a winnowing fork because it was the wind that blew away the chaff from the crushed grain. Why is this important? Because the spirit was someone’s life’s breath, the breathings of their personality that had a direct cause and effect upon that person’s name, character or personality. People inherited their life’s breath from their father. When the fence within a man is broken, they breathe their last breath and die. The first mention of the word spirit in the Bible is in Genesis 1:2 where it says “And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters”. The Spirit of God is the eternal life’s breath or personality of God fenced within God’s heart. The Spirit of God is not a different person to God. That should be obvious to anyone that has not been deceived by the councils and creeds of the Christianized but fallen Roman Empire. Words are spoken by breath, when God speaks the word he speaks by his supernatural eternal life’s breath, his Holy Spirit. In Hebrew the word one is echad and is a pictograph a wall and a door. The door made the two sides of the wall become united or one. In the Bible God is One, not three or three considered conceptually or theologically as or in one. Such conceptual nonsense would be impossible to explain in words made up of the pictograms of the ancient Hebrew alphabet. That is why it says in Deuteronomy 6:4-6 “Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord: And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart”. In the Bible the Holy Spirit is the eternal life’s breath, character or personality of the living God fenced within God’s heart. When Adam was originally created, God breathed that which was fenced within God, into Adam. That is why in Luke 3:38 he was called the Son of God. It was when Adam sinned in the Garden of Eden that that fence was broken, and Adam gasped the Holy Spirit from his heart. Those who have redeemed hearts which are filled with the Holy Spirit love the Lord their God with all their hearts. God is their treasure, their first love. This is the first and greatest commandment.
The best way to avoid confusion regarding the identity of the Holy Spirit is to look at the words of Jesus. Those who love the truth will recognize Jesus’ words as being true. The blind guides of the religious establishment called church love tradition instead of the truth; they think their tradition is truth. They are deceived. Jesus told his disciples that they would be brought before tribunals, beaten in synagogues and stand before rulers and kings and asked to give an account. Regarding this, Jesus said in Mark 13:11 “But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what you shall speak, neither do you premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not you that speak, but the Holy Spirit”. Here, Jesus says the Holy Spirit will give. However, in Luke 21:14-15 Jesus said, “Settle it therefore in your hearts, not to meditate before what you shall answer: For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist”. Here, Jesus said that I will give. But in Matthew 10:18-20 Jesus said “And you shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles. But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what you shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what you shall speak. For it is not you that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaks in you”. Here Jesus says that the Spirit of your Father will give. The Bible says that by the testimony of two or three witnesses let every matter be established. Here we have Jesus himself witnessing that the Holy Spirit, Jesus himself and the Spirit of the Father are all one and the same. The devil is guilty of identity theft, he has stolen the real meaning of the relationship words Father, Son and Holy Spirit and replaced them with a religious culturally Greek reasoned out but deceived conceptual lying Trinitarian intellectual fantasy. Such lies are enshrined, promoted, protected and worshipped by the blind guides of the marvellous church establishment.
The Holy Spirit is the eternal life’s breath or character of the personality of God. The words Father and Son are relationship words. That is why Jesus said in John 15:26 “But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceeds from the Father, he shall testify of me”. Jesus said I will send to you the Spirit. The Spirit proceeds from God as a Father into the hearts of God’s Sons. When the Spirit of the Father reaches the hearts of the Son he is called the Spirit of the Son. The Spirit testifies to Jesus by forming the image of Jesus, the Spirit of the Son, in the hearts of his disciples. This brings many Sons of God to glory, the glorious paradise of God’s fatherhood dwells within their redeemed hearts. In Romans 8 Paul says, “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken [give life to] your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwells in you”. This is a reference to the Spirit of God as a Father raising the man Jesus, the Son of God, from the dead. Paul also said in Romans 8:14-16 that “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. For you have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but you have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself bears witness with our spirit, that we are the sons of God”. Jesus of Nazareth was born as the incarnation of the Holy Spirit. The Spirit of the Son refers to the Holy Spirit of God dwelling within the heart of a man. As already mentioned, the Holy Spirit comes to recreate the image of Jesus, the Son of God within the hearts of the Sons of God. Jesus became the firstborn of many brothers all of whom have the Spirit of their Father, or one could say the Spirit of the Son or indeed the Holy Spirit indwelling their hearts forever. They all mean the same thing. That is why Paul says in Ephesians 4:4-6 “There is one body, and one Spirit, even as you are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all”. There is one Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead, the Spirit of the Son, the Spirit of the Father are one and the same. It just depends on what God is doing as to how he is named. In Philippians 1:19 Paul says, “For I know that this shall turn to my salvation through your prayer, and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ”. The Spirit of Jesus Christ is the Holy Spirit. In 1 Peter 1:10-11 Peter says “Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow”. The Spirit of Christ is the Holy Spirit. Paul says in 2 Corinthians 3:17 “Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord”. According to Paul, the Lord Jesus is the Holy Spirit. Of course, the great pretenders, those that claim to know God but by their actions deny him, would disagree. These pretenders teach that Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Spirit, and the Spirit is not the Father and that each of these three different and distinct persons have an equal share in the eternal equality of the three hypostases of the Holy Trinity. Such theological orthodoxy was conceived, ratified, established and subsequently enforced by the Roman Emperor Constantine and his successors and the church councils they convened. They will say that to deny this is heresy even though it is not anywhere in the Bible. In fact, everyone in the Bible, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, the prophets, king David, the disciples, Paul the apostle and even Jesus himself would all have been branded heretics and blasphemers. Such was the state religion of the established church of the now fallen Roman Empire, and the controlling influence of its theological orthodoxy still rules over the church establishment that submits to the evil controlling witchcraft spirit of its dominating imperial power. When Jesus rose from the dead, he appeared to Mary and said in John 20:17 “Touch me not; for I am not yet ascended to my Father: but go to my brethren, and say unto them, I ascend unto my Father, and your Father; and to my God, and your God”. After his resurrection, Jesus’ disciples had the same relationship with God as Jesus. That is why Jesus went on to say in John 20:21-22 “Peace be unto you: as my Father has sent me, even so send I you. And when he had said this, he breathed on them, and said to them, Receive ye the Holy Spirit”. Jesus’ disciples became the incarnation of God, the incarnation of the Spirit of the Father, the incarnation of the Holy Spirit, the Sons of God just like Jesus in his humanity. In his divinity, Jesus is God. In Hebrew, Jesus is Yeshua, which means I AM your salvation of overcoming victory. As we have already seen, I AM is personal name of God, not WE ARE.
So, what about you? Someone once sang; God is a concept by which we measure our pain. This is an interesting thought, the god of the religion of established church tradition is a concept that does nothing about people’s pain. The I AM God of the Bible is real, and he does. David said in Psalm 63:1-4 “O God, you are my God; early will I seek you: my soul thirsts for you, my flesh longs for you in a dry and thirsty land, where no water is; To see thy power and your glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary. Because your loving kindness is better than life, my lips shall praise thee. Thus, will I bless thee while I live: I will lift up my hands in thy name”. David longed for God, he had seen God’s power and glory, and he knew practically that God’s love was better than life. God is a real person who can be loved and cherished. God is worth knowing and he is worthy to be trusted. God chooses to reveal himself to those, like David, with hearts that are hungry and thirsty for him. That is why Jesus said, ask and you will be given, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened. Many never ask, never seek and never knock. For them, the door will never be opened. Don’t be one of them.
Prayer: Dear Father, I believe that you are the great I AM God. As the man Jesus, you said that I AM the bread of life, I AM the light of the world, I AM the way, I AM the true vine, I AM the good shepherd, I AM the resurrection and the life, and I AM the door. In the name of Yeshua the Messiah, please be all of these things to me, please be my great I AM Father. I’m knocking on your door, please open the door so that I may enter in through the door daubed with the blood of Yeshua, the Lamb of God, to see the light of your love. By an act of sovereign grace, please turn my heart away all from darkness to find the true light of the pasture of true salvation by living in the undeniable power of resurrection life, just like Jesus the Messiah. Then I will be in him, and you will be in me, and I will be in you, forever.
