Mystery Babylon

The word synagogue means a meeting together, and at the time of Jesus the synagogue was in effect the church of the day. The Scribes, Pharisees and Teachers of the law were in effect the religious church leaders. They sat in Moses’ seat within the synagogue community and told the people what they could and couldn’t do. They were also those who administered justice to a small degree within those communities. In Matthew 23, Jesus spoke many woes to these religious leaders. A woe was a prediction of distress and calamity. Jesus told the people they must do what these leaders said but not what they did because as religious hypocrites, they did not practice what they preached. They slammed the door of the kingdom of heaven in people’s faces; they wouldn’t enter and prevented others from doing so. They believed that secular work was beneath them, so they deceived and bullied widows, who obviously had no husband to protect them, into giving the Pharisees their wealth. They made every effort to convert people to follow their hypocritical traditions and made them more like sons of destruction than they were. They allowed people to swear an oath on the temple to break that oath but not if they swore an oath on the gold of the temple. They tithed or gave a tenth of small things like herbs and spices to the priests and Levites but condemned the innocent and let the guilty go free. They cleaned the outside of their cups and plates but within their hearts they were full of greed, extortion and lusts. They were like whitewashed tombs that looked nice on the outside but inside were filled with dead men’s bones and everything unclean. They loved to wear the flowing clerical vestments of fancy dress and sit in the most important seats in the synagogues. Jesus said regarding these religious leaders in Matthew 23:29-35 “Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the graves of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the sons of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of Gehenna? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar”. All religious leadership attracts hypocrites like garbage attracts flies, but Satan is God’s garbage collector, someone has to take out the trash. In Jerusalem, the Valley of Hinnom was Gehenna in Greek, the local rubbish dump. Jesus expressed many woes, predictions of calamity upon these blind guides of religious tradition. Jesus clearly states that these hypocrites were the sons of those who shed the blood of the righteous and that they were going to be cast out with the trash. The first murder was committed by the not marvellous but murderous Cain in Genesis 4. He had clearly done something wrong but instead of putting things right, being reconciled to his brother and offering the blood of the lamb to God he attempted to cover his rebellion with a simply superior marvellous religious offering that was acceptable in his own eyes and the best that he could do. God desires obedience, not sacrifice, God desires the showing of mercy, not religious observances. That is why David said in Psalm 51:16-17 “For thou did not desire sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delighted not in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite [circumcised] heart, O God, thou will not despise”. In Hebrew the word for blood is dam which meant literally the path of water through the body. Abel’s righteous offering of the blood of the lamb to God was a testimony against the hypocrisy of his brother, Cain. Cain rose up in puffed up incensed pride and in a fit of rage directed primarily against God, Cain murdered his brother. God spoke to Cain in Genesis 4:10-12 “What have you done? the voice of your brother’s blood cries unto me from the ground. And now you are cursed from the earth, which has opened her mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand; When you till the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shall you be in the earth”. Instead of seeking God for forgiveness, Cain defended the indefensible and never repented for what he had done. He became a restless wanderer, and his descendants filled the Earth with violence and bloodshed. All his descendants were destroyed in Noah’s flood. The modern world is based on an individualistic culture, but the ancient world was a corporate culture; they saw things in totality. Jesus is clear, he attributed the shedding of righteous blood to the leaders of religion, the hypocrites of tradition who share in the original simply superior marvellous me sinful nature of Cain, who strain out a gnat but swallow a camel and who are filled with dead men’s bones and everything unclean. These are the scoffers with murderous hearts. Instead of coming to Jesus with broken and contrite hearts to be changed from murderous sinful goats to the sheep of God’s pasture, they want to silence anything or anyone that shows them up to the lying hypocrites that they truly are. Jesus accused these leaders of the murder of Abel, Zacharias and the shedding of all the righteous blood that was spilt upon the earth. Why? As we have already seen, in Hebrew, the name Satan or adversary means literally the snake that surrounds and devours life, or simply the murdering snake. That is why Jesus said in John 8:44 that the devil was a murderer from the beginning. Murder is the shedding of innocent blood and is the devil’s mark, signature or calling card. It was the same evil spirit, the secret power or mystery of lawlessness, Satan and the father of lies that was a work secretly within their wicked-welcoming simply superior not marvellous but murderous hearts. Those who partner with the devil to satisfy both his pleasures, lusts and murderous hatred and theirs, will also share in his punishment, even if such punishment is not part of the goat theologies of their orthodox creed conceived and established by the church councils of the Christianized but fallen Roman Empire.

In Matthew 15, religious hypocrites complained that Jesus’ disciples were breaking from tradition by not ceremonially washing their hands before eating. Jesus again called these religious leaders hypocrites because these glorious leaders were breaking the commandments of God by their tradition. Some things never change. Jesus quoted the prophet Isaiah and said in Matthew 15:8 “This people draw near unto me with their mouth, and honour me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men”. The same is true today. The great pretenders of the church establishment look at the Bible through the dreadfully distorted lenses of tradition. These sand-builders, that listen to the words of Jesus but do not do what he says, claim that their religious tradition is truth, but it is not. It is simply tradition; the natural words of natural man spoken by natural breath. Religion changes heads, only a personal Father-Son relationship with God can change hearts. This is because the life of the father dwells within the heart of the seed or son to bring forth fruit after the father’s kind. What is important to understand is not what tradition teaches but what was in the minds and hearts of those who heard the words of Jesus firsthand. In 1408 in England, the Archbishop of Canterbury decreed the Constitutions of Oxford, which forbade anyone from translating or reading a part of the Bible in the language of the people (English) without the permission of the ecclesiastical authorities. Because of this decree, both men and women were burned at the stake for the heresy of things like the teaching of their children the Apostles’ Creed, the Lord’s Prayer, or the Ten Commandments in English rather than ecclesiastical Latin used by the priests and clergy of the church establishment. William Tyndale was a priest and a distinguished Oxford scholar who strongly believed that everyone should be able to read the Bible in English. In 1523 he asked Cuthbert Tunstall, the bishop of London permission to print a Bible in English but he was refused. So, in 1525, he published the first printed English translation of the New Testament in Germany. Six thousand copies were produced and smuggled into England hidden inside bales of wool and wine casks with false bottoms. The church establishment attempted to collect these unauthorized copies of the New Testament and have them publicly burnt, and Tyndale was denounced by the church establishment as a heretic. In 1534 Tyndale was betrayed by a false friend near Brussels and arrested. After a year and a half in prison he was convicted of heresy and condemned to death. One of his heresies was that he believed that forgiveness of sins and the mercy offered in the gospel was enough for salvation without having to receive the sacraments of the established church. In 1536, he was executed by strangulation and his body burned at the stake. Tyndale’s New Testament was mentioned in the Book of Martyrs written by John Foxe. John Foxe wrote: “John Tewkesbury was a plain, simple man who had been guilty of no other offence against what was called the holy Mother Church, than that of reading Tyndale’s translation of the New Testament. At first he was weak enough to adjure, but afterward repented, and acknowledged the truth. For this he was brought before the bishop of London, who condemned him as an obstinate heretic. He suffered greatly during the time of his imprisonment, so that when they brought him out to execution, he was almost dead. He was conducted to the stake in Smithfield, where he was burned, declaring his utter abhorrence of popery, and professing a firm belief that his cause was just in the sight of God.” John Tewkesbury was accused of sinning against the holy Mother Church. He was condemned to death for being an obstinate heretic by the bishop of London in 1532. His crime? Reading Tyndale’s unauthorized translation of the New Testament. Another example is the case of Richard Byfield. “Mr. Byfield had been some time a monk, at Barnes, in Surrey, but was converted by reading Tyndale’s version of the New Testament. The sufferings this man underwent for the truth were so great that it would require a volume to contain them. Sometimes he was shut up in a dungeon, where he was almost suffocated by the offensive and horrid smell of filth and stagnant water. At other times he was tied up by the arms, until almost all his joints were dislocated. He was whipped at the post several times, until scarcely any flesh was left on his back; and all this was done to make him recant. He was then taken to the Lollard’s Tower in Lambeth palace, where he was chained by the neck to the wall, and once every day beaten in the most cruel manner by the archbishop’s servants. At last he was condemned, degraded, and burnt in Smithfield”. Richard Byfield was a monk who was converted by reading Tyndale’s unauthorized New Testament. He was imprisoned, tied up by his arms so his joints were almost dislocated, he was whipped, chained by his neck and beaten, then burnt to death by the servants of the archbishop. Why were John Tewksbury and Richard Byfield brutally tortured, beaten and eventually murdered by the church? Because of what the deceived hateful murderous hypocrites, who oversaw the church-state belief system established by Lucifer, believed. It had been established by the Lucifer, the devil and father of lies within the religion of hand-me-down church tradition that of all the sins that someone could commit, the sin of heresy and blasphemy against the church was the most heinous. Established churches had (and have) their own articles of religion which told their adherents and especially their leaders what they could and could not think. Thinking outside the box of established theological orthodoxy was considered heresy. Heresy was a wilful rebellious denial of any aspect of the marvellous teachings, theologies, rites, observances, incantations, creeds, rituals or prayers of the established church presumably sanctioned by God. Church authorities believed that such a sin would guarantee the heretic would burn forever in the fires of hell. They also believed that if such a heinous heretic confessed their sins, they could be forgiven, escape hell and go to heaven when they died. So, as a supposed act of mercy, the church authorities had these heretical blasphemers dreadfully tortured and beaten by the thought police until they confessed. However, once they confessed, they were murdered by the church establishment because they their own testimony they were clearly evil blasphemers worthy of death. The church leaders were deceived into believing that they were doing the will of God, but they were doing the will of Lucifer, the devil and father of lies. It was the secret power or mystery of lawless wickedness that was at work secretly within their evil stoney hard prideful hearts. They were the sons of destruction following in the way of the marvellous Cain, and the devil the original destroyer was truly their father. Just as Jesus spoke woes of calamity and destruction to the Pharisees who shed all the righteous blood from Abel onwards, so these religious hypocrites as the sons of destruction will also join them in their calamity. They will follow Satan to his ultimate doom but also theirs.

In Acts 19, there was a riot in the City of Ephesus instigated by a silversmith called Demetrius. Demetrius and his fellow craftsmen had become wealthy by making and selling silver idols of the goddess Diana. Demetrius called together his companions and accused the Apostle Paul of teaching the people to despise the temple of Diana in Ephesus and to stop them buying man-made idols of gods that were no gods at all. The whole city was thrown into confusion and a riot began. It says in Acts 19:35-41 “And when the town clerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knows not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell from Jupiter? Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly. For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of temples, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess. Wherefore if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another. But if ye enquire anything concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly. For we are in danger to be called in question for this day’s uproar, there being no cause whereby we may give an account of this concourse. And when he had thus spoken, he dismissed the assembly”.  The town clerk managed to calm down the riot and said that Paul and his companions had not blasphemed the goddess or robbed temples. He then dismissed the assembly. The word used for assembly in the Greek was ekklesia which meant, a calling out, assembly, gathering, congregation or community. This word is used more than 100 times in the New Testament and yet in most Bible translations, apart from this passage in Acts 19, the word is deliberately mistranslated as the word church. In 1604, King James commissioned Richard Bancroft, the bishop of London, to begin the King James Authorized Version of the Bible. It was important that people had access to an authorized Bible because as we have seen, reading an unauthorized translation was considered heresy. King James stipulated 15 principles for the translation, the third of which was that old ecclesiastical words should be kept. This meant that, when referring to the followers of Jesus, words such as ekklesia should be mistranslated church and not properly translated as a calling out, assembly, gathering, congregation or community. This was to reinforce the lie that both king James, as the Defender of the Faith, and the established church, with king James at its diabolical head, had been given a God given or divine right to rule without the approval of any earthly authority. In practice this meant that the king claimed the God given right to rule as he pleased, and the established religion of church tradition both endorsed and enforced his right to do so. The church was ruled by a class of greatly feared elite church leaders or clergy that were set apart from the uneducated, non-professional, non-clerical laity. The spirit of witchcraft is control. The laity were herded into churches so they could be systematically robbed, manipulated, dominated and state controlled, and be guarded against heretical teachings not authorized by the church leaders or the state. These clerics of the religion of church tradition were ordained or sanctioned by the church to minister the sacraments of things like baptism, confirmation, eucharist or holy communion, marriage and holy orders. They taught that sacraments were the outward sign of an inward divine grace that bears both its image and its cause. As such, the clergy claimed that they had been granted the divine right to be the sole ministers of the grace of God. Those who opposed the authority of the clergy and the state-controlled and established church religious system were excommunicated or cursed away from receiving the sacraments and were therefore denied the right to experience God’s grace. They were forbidden to assemble on pain of death or punishment, and their assets were confiscated and given to the church. The established church insisted that these measures were for the good of the community and to silence the menace of the heretics. However, around 50 years after the publication of the King James Authorized Bible, there was a movement founded in England by George Fox. It was called a society of friends also known by the name Quakers. They were named Quakers because they often shook or trembled as they encountered the tangible presence and living word of God. These godly people believed that experiencing the inner light of the living word of God within their hearts was more important than reading the written words of scripture. They believed that such an experience freed them from sin by uniting them with Jesus. This enabled them to do good works. They rejected the church traditions of the sacraments, elaborate religious ceremonies, and set worship. They did not have official clergy, believed in spiritual equality for men and women, and sought a personal Father-Son relationship with God. However, they were severely persecuted by the established religion of church tradition. George Fox himself engaged in an itinerant preaching ministry and exhorted the seekers of God to heed the voice of Christ within their hearts, be honest in business, compassionate to those in need and to share in the free ministry of the true church. For this, Fox was thrown down church steps, beaten with sticks, beaten with a brass-bound Bible, and spent six months in jail. However, by the time of his death in 1691, the society of friends had over 100,000 members, mostly in England, Scotland and the American Colonies. Quaker missionaries first arrived in America in the mid-1650s. Acts were passed within colonies against Quaker missionaries. For example, from acts passed in the Boston Colony in October 1658, the following is a brief extract. “And it is ordered, that if any Quaker or Quakers shall presume, after they have once suffered what the law requires, to come into this jurisdiction, every such male Quaker shall, for the first offence, have one of his ears cut off, and be kept at work in the House of Correction, until he can be sent away at his own charge; and for the second offence, shall have his other ear cut off; and every woman Quaker, that has suffered the law here shall be severely whipped, and kept at the House of Correction at work, until she be sent away at her own charge. And for every Quaker, he or she, that shall a third time herein again offend, they shall have their tongues bored through with a hot iron…..And being convicted to be of the sect of the Quakers, shall be sentenced to banishment, on pain of death. And that every inhabitant of this jurisdiction, being convicted to be of the aforesaid sect, either by taking up, publishing, or defending the horrid opinions of the Quakers….withdrawing from the Church assemblies and instead frequenting meetings of their own, in opposition to our Church order; that are opposite to the orthodox received opinions of the godly; whose design is to overthrow the order established in Church and state: every such person, upon conviction before the said court of Assistants shall be committed to close prison for one month, and refusing to retract and reform the aforesaid opinions, they shall be sentenced to banishment, upon pain of death”. Quakers were accused of not going to the established church meetings, having meetings of their own in opposition to church order, having opinions in opposition to the orthodox received opinions of the godly and whose design was to overthrow the order established within church and state. Their punishment was for men to have their ears cut off, for women to be severely whipped and for repeat offenders to have their tongues bored through with a hot iron. The Quakers were seeking God, they were not sinning against God. Although they were severely persecuted by the visible church establishment, the world gradually accepted the Quakers because their moral character, simplicity, purity and truthfulness evidenced that God was truly at work within their hearts, unlike the clerics and leaders of the hypocrisy of church tradition. The Quakers dared to challenge the established world order of church and state domination and control that has Satan and not Jesus at its diabolical head. It was the secret power or mystery of the religious spirit of witchcraft and control working within the church and state system that invented the sin called heresy. Heresy is an offence against Satan’s established religious belief system. It is hand crafted by the father of lies to license the killing, stealing from and destruction of the true followers of the real Jesus. Using the established religion of church and state tradition, Satan concocted brutal punishments and the shedding of innocent blood to silence those who dared to challenge his established church order of control over people’s hearts and minds. Paul wrote to Timothy about how to deal with people who opposed him. He said in 2 Timothy 2:22-26 “Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do engender strife. And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient, In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth; And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.” He said, follow the way of love, avoid arguments, be gentle to all, teaching patiently in humility, hoping that God would grant people repentance leading to the acknowledgement of the truth within their hearts and so and escape the snare of the devil. He did not say cut off their ears and stab their tongues with a hot iron. Yet the people that behaved like that were deceived by the father of lies into thinking that they were serving God. Their consciences had been seared as with a hot iron.

Of course, the religion of church tradition is not all ritual, ceremonies, incantations, creeds, spells, vestments, liturgies or enchantments. There is a new take on church, run by those who have rejected any relationship with more traditional churches and in their hypocrisy consider themselves spiritually superior every way. They claim falsely that their vision for their churches is based on or adapted from the apostolic principles of Paul the Apostle found in the New Testament and is from God. It is a family, covenant or exclusive apostolic church. The head of the family church calls himself the man of God and an apostle, although he coined these titles for himself. He is more like a CEO than a father, and the church is run like a business and for profit and pride. His wife is the treasurer who handles the church finances, his children run the music group, his closest friends are the church trustees, and his wider family run the small groups. It is truly a family church; it exists to serve good of the family and to pander to the pride of the self-styled man of God’s sense of spiritual superiority. The self-styled man of God claims that his position of power in his church is a divine appointment and as a super-apostle, he claims the divine right to demand obedience from his flock. However, the apostolic authority claimed by the super-apostles is not authority that they received from God. It is based upon domination, manipulation and control, which is the spirit of witchcraft. Church membership is based upon submission. New members must complete a commitment course at the end of which successful applicants must sign a form of membership contract or covenant in effect submitting to the control of the super-apostle, his leadership team and the assigned overseers that give spiritual oversight or leadership shepherd covering over each church member. Those that refuse to obey the leaders regarding the running of the church, giving or indeed any aspect of their lives are considered to be in rebellion against both God and God’s appointed leaders. Those who refuse to repent from this supposed rebellion are barred from church membership and other church members are forced to sever all ties with the rebellious, even if they are close family members. That is not to say that the super-apostle’s family agree or condone his particular style of leadership, but this self-styled man of God applies the same rules of domination, manipulation and control to his family as to his church. He will not tolerate what he considers rebellion and demands obedient submission from his family in every aspect of life. As such, it’s best not to think about what goes on behind closed doors. His leadership team and closest friends are handpicked yes-men elders who are ever-ready to tell the self-styled man of God just how great, and Biblical he always is. In church meetings the leaders are at the front of the church to form a spiritual ring of steel to prevent the self-styled man of God from being cursed by a witch. His primary focus is on giving. He demands that his flock tithe or give ten percent of their gross income to his church. His argument is that his church members need to sow in the same field from which they harvest i.e. his church. Every time he speaks publicly, he gives prime time to what he calls, priming the pump, promising that God will reward financially those that give, and reminds his flock that they are obliged to give, quoting scriptures as he goes. This is because, once church expenses are covered, as God’s appointed super-apostle with greedy grasping hands, he takes the rest for himself. He frequently preaches on different kinds of offerings on top of the ten percent tithe, and when there is an offering for a particular need, like his new car, he skims a tithe for himself to cover his expenses. He regularly challenges his church members to give specific amounts and is the first to be seen tossing large wedges of cash into the offering bucket, but he gives out of his church-funded wealth and is the first to benefit from any monies raised. Sometimes funds that are given for a particular need never get there, when something he considers more important comes along the cash raised is secretly reallocated or just disappears; with his wife as treasurer and closest friends as trustees he is accountable to no-one but himself. Twice a year, the church has a special offering to pay for the self-styled man of God and his whole family to go on retreat, to seek God and plan the next big thing, at Disneyland in Florida. He drives a brand-new big black top of the range Mercedes, paid for by church offerings, and he frequently reminds his church members that if they are faithful in giving (like he says he is), one day they could have a big black car just like his. When there is a Bible week or convention, the self-styled man of God arrives in his big black car with his brand-new twin axle caravan complete with satellite tv, again paid for by church offerings. Of course, he doesn’t pitch up his own caravan, that is beneath him. His church members are required to sort out menial things like pitching up while he meets with the elders and leaders from his network of churches that he appointed, to discuss the serious issues of maintaining church discipline, church exclusivity, and to boast about his wealth and wisdom as a confirmation that God is truly with him. The super-apostle claims that his church network is on a rock-solid Biblical footing, but he is deceived. Paul said in 2 Thessalonians 3:7-9 “For yourselves know how you ought to follow us: for we behaved not ourselves lazy among you; Neither did we eat any man’s bread for nothing; but wrought with labour and travail night and day, that we might not be chargeable to any of you: Not because we have not power, but to make ourselves an example unto you to follow us”. Paul was a tent maker by trade and worked with his hands night and day making and repairing tents to provide himself and his companions an income to buy their own food whilst he preached the gospel. Unlike the super-apostles, he refused to be a financial burden to anyone in order to prove that he was not peddling the word of God for profit and also to set an example for people to follow. And yet, despite their boasts and claims, the super-apostles do not follow Paul’s example. This is typical established church hypocrisy. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 4:11-14 “Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are brutally treated, and have no certain dwelling place; And labour, working with our own hands: being cursed, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day. I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you”. The super-apostles are religious leaders that claim their apostolic vision or calling is from God and is based upon the principles laid down by the Apostle Paul as found in the New Testament. These leaders are super-hypocrites rather than super-apostles, and religious leadership attracts hypocrites like garbage attracts flies. Paul went hungry and thirsty, but the super-apostles are overfed and overweight. Paul was naked, but the super-apostles are clothed in Armani suits with designer label shirts and wear soft Italian leather shoes. Paul was brutally treated, the super-apostles demand to be pampered. Paul had nowhere to live, the super-apostles live in big, detached houses up by the ring road just on the edge of the town. Paul worked hard in order not to be a financial burden to the church, the super-apostles claim apostolic authority to take as much from the church as is their right. A few years ago, there was a renewed outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit. The religious leaders or self-appointed super-apostles in some churches tolerated this move of God for a season, but as always happens, these religious hypocrites and religious divorcees who divorce the living word of God from the Holy Spirit of God who were in positions of man-appointed leadership in family churches allowed the secret power of lawlessness to put it to death. They did so because this move of God did not come through them, nor would it. As such they couldn’t take credit for it and indeed, they felt that it undermined their sense of spiritual superiority and divine right to demand obedient submission from their flock. In just one example of many, there was a large convention held towards the end of this move of God. Thousands attended and many were blessed, saved, healed and delivered. Towards the end of one of the conventions, it was time for the much-loved leader of that religious denomination to speak in one of their meetings. As he got up to speak, the Holy Spirit came down. With much laughing and hilarity, those who were thirsty for God started to experience the outpouring of God’s Holy Spirit. This great man stood on the platform with a rather surprised smirk on his face. God had interrupted his message, and this was not on his religious agenda. What God was doing was getting in the way of the precious preach that he had spent hours of his valuable time preparing. This was the devil’s opportunity to put this move of God to death. Rather than co-operating with God, the great man unwittingly co-operated with the secret power of lawlessness. He stood, raised up his hands, and waving towards the door, asked those with new wineskins who had come to Jesus to drink to leave and encounter God elsewhere. As they left, the scoffers with old wineskins stayed behind and gave the preacher a rapturous round of applause. This people-pleasing preacher was delighted because he imagined that this praise of men was a confirmation from God that he was right to ask those who were encountering God’s Holy Spirit to go elsewhere. The scoffers were delighted because they were more interested in what the people-pleasing preacher had to say than what God wanted to do. They were entertained by the preacher for a moment but those that left to encounter God and were changed forever. The spirit of lawlessness was secretly at work in what could be seen as a prophetic act. By asking people encounter God elsewhere, it was the beginning of the end of the move of God in those churches. One by one, the leaders of religious hypocrisy allowed the secret power of lawlessness to stop up the wells of Pentecost. They said in effect, no-one can live like that, and these religious scoffers stopped God confirming his living word with signs following. The Holy Spirit was quenched, signs, wonders and miracles were stopped, the Pentecostal blessing of resurrection life was stamped out of their church meetings and the darkness of the same old life after death established written-word religion returned. Obviously, this is nowhere near as brutal as in previous centuries, but the results were the same. The father of lies working through the leaders of hypocrisy once again gained the upper hand. Jesus said in Matthew 7:21-23 “Not everyone that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity”. Jesus said that on the day of judgement, many will say to him that in his name they did many wonderful works. However, they were goats and not sheep and this was proved by the fact that they did not behave like the Good Shepherd; God does not dominate, manipulate, abuse, control or steal from his flock. It is not the will of God that God’s church family becomes a man’s family business run by those that peddle the word of God for profit and pander to the marvellous me pride of religious leadership that attracts hypocrites like garbage attracts flies. Remember, the devil is God’s garbage collector; someone has to take out the trash. The devil calls the workers of iniquity who do their own religious thing to follow him to his ultimate doom and but also theirs, even if they occasionally do wonderful works in Jesus’ name. Paul said in Ephesians 5:5-7 “For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things comes the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience. Be not ye therefore partakers [partners] with them”. The devil knows that he is destined for destruction and wants to deceive as many people as possible to join him in his destroyer’s destiny. Those who farm their churches for money, sex or positions of power are partnering with egocentric greedy grasping and covetous lustful idol-worshippers who have been deceived by empty words. They have no inheritance within the kingdom of God despite the blatant hypocrisy of their religious boasts and claims. That is why John said in 2 John 8 “Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward”. One day, everyone will rise from the dead and the heart that people die with is the heart that they rise with. What people sow in life they will reap in resurrection. The super-apostles could have had their hearts sown with the eternal life’s breath or Holy Spirit of the paradise of God’s fatherhood, and the paradise of God could have been the reward and harvest of their eternal inheritance, forever. Instead, they chose to sow the devil’s poisoned pleasures into their hearts and in resurrection, they will have no reward; they will not inherit the kingdom of God.

It says in Revelation 18:2-4 “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues”. Just as the Sons of God seen corporately together with Jesus form the City of God, the Father’s House or the New Jerusalem, Satan also has a city. It is made up of the scoffers, the rebellious, the religious hypocrites, the sons of destruction that follow in the way of the marvellous Cain and it is spiritually called Babylon. It was founded by Adam and Eve at the Fall. Through the sinful satisfaction of lusts, the fallen human heart becomes the habitation of devils and foul evil spirits. Babylon became rich by trading with the father of lies to benefit from sins, a sinning that is condoned and approved by the established tradition of their religion. Just as Abraham was called out of Ur of the Chaldeans into a Father-Son relationship with God, God calls his people, the ekklesia or called-out ones, out of Babylon through the ministry of both John the Baptist and of course Jesus. John baptized people into repentance for the forgiveness of sins, and Jesus baptizes with the Holy Spirit and with fire. It is the fire of God that burns up the entanglements of the world.

It says in Revelation 17:1-6 “Come hither; I will shew unto you the judgment of the great whore that sits upon many waters: With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration.” The secret power or mystery that works secretly within Mystery Babylon is the woman, the great whore or prostitute that rides on the back of the scarlet beast of all religion. This woman was drunk on her sinful fornications and the blood of the saints and martyrs of Jesus. In her hand is a golden cup full of the abominations of her prostitution. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 6:9-10 “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind [homosexuals], nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God”. These are the things that were in her golden cup and yet the woman deceives people into thinking that behaviour like this does not matter if they have the right religious observances and beliefs in the creeds, teachings, sacraments, rituals, ceremonies or rites of the established church. Paul says that people who live like that to fill the prostitutes’ golden cup with their unrighteous behaviour will not inherit the kingdom of God. If they think they will, they are deceived, and the established church is becoming more and more like the world out of which it was originally called. In the religion of the ancient Greeks, the god Zeus had a sexual relationship with his cup bearer, a boy named Ganymede. Clearly, this kind of thing was popular, those who worshipped Zeus by copying the depraved behaviour of their god were called catamites. Such was the religion of their tradition. Such abominable behaviour of child abuse can be found lurking even in the religion of established church tradition if one cares to look hard enough. Paedophile priests are not uncommon within the religious church establishment. The prostitute of all religion wants her lusts satisfied without being called the hypocritical filthy abominable prostitute that she truly is. It was she who persecuted the Quakers, she who put people like John Tewkesbury, Richard Byfield and countless others to death. Ever since the beginning, the seed or sons of the serpent, the sons of the devil have suppressed, oppressed, persecuted and shed the blood those that truly wanted to follow Jesus by living loving, humble and morally pure and honest lives in order gain an inheritance in the kingdom or City of God. It says in Revelation 18:24 “And in her [the Mother of Harlots] was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.” This harlot represents all of religion from all time, and everyone’s favourite religion is the marvellous me religion of self-worship, even within the church establishment. The three things that came into the human heart at the Fall were the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life. It is the satisfaction of these things that the mystery or secret power of lawlessness uses within prideful fallen hearts to inspire the shedding of the blood of the righteous. That is why the murderous not marvellous Cain murdered Abel. In the Book of Ephesians, Paul says that the Ephesians 2:2-3 “In time past you walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now works in the sons of rebellion: Among whom also we all lived among them in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.” The Ephesians, like everyone else had no idea that their rebellious behaviour was a reflection or image of the author of all sin and rebellion, the devil. It was the devil, the secret power of lawlessness who inspired the marvellous me people of Israel to reject and crucify Jesus. It was the spirit of lawlessness that inspired the simply superior king Herod to kill the children in Bethlehem around the time of Jesus’ birth. It was Satan or the spirit of lawlessness that instigated the murder of Abel, John the Baptist and that entered the heart of Judas for him to betray Jesus with a kiss. It is all these things that fill the religious prostitute’s golden cup. The devil can do nothing without people with prideful fallen simply superior murderous hearts acting in line with the devil’s lies. The devil has no authority to do anything except lie but people give him their authority when they choose to believe his demonically inspired lies and sin. All the people throughout history who have partnered with the father of lies to do his murderous wicked will form part of the Mystery Babylon, the haunt and dwelling place of demons. Those that help fill the religious prostitute’s golden cup by pleasuring themselves with the filth of their abominations and don’t seek Jesus for forgiveness and cleansing through his precious blood, shed by the people he came to save, will one day drink from it. It says in Revelation 20:11-15 “And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire”. The judgement of the great white throne is the judgement that happens at the general resurrection at the end of all ages when everyone rises from the dead. This is a judicial judgment in the courts of God. God will judge the secret and often shameful things hidden within people’s hearts. That is because God has a record of everything that everyone has ever thought, said and done, and these things are recorded in books. These books will be opened, and the content or evidence and secret things found within these books will be revealed for all to see. God’s judgement will be based upon truth of what is found in these books, the fruit of people’s lives, not their creeds or religious beliefs, observances or ceremonies. This is because the life of the father dwells within the heart of his seed or son to bring forth the fruit of his father’s kind. Therefore, how people behave from their heart is the revelation of their sonship; their behaviour proves who their real father abiding within their hearts truly is. Jesus said that good trees bear good fruit, bad trees bear bad fruit. Jesus said make a tree good, and its fruit will be good, and the only one that is good, is God. God is love, and as such, God will be looking for good Holy Spirit inspired fruit in people’s lives. This fruit, the fruit of love, comes from the good side of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. The word of God is clear on many things such as greed, lying, cheating, stealing, hatred, rage, perversion, fornication and the like. Those who are deceived into rebelling against the clearly revealed will of God are free to do so, but if they do, they are sharing in Lucifer’s pleasures that come from the evil side of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. They will have no inheritance in the kingdom or City of God. Those who share in Lucifer’s rebellious pleasures will one day share in his punishment because they share in his corporate totality. They are part of the mysterious spiritual Babylon. It is those who totally reject the good and fully embrace the secret power of lawless evil that are not found written in the book of life. There they will be tormented day and night forever.

Jesus’ followers in the town of Thessalonica in Asia were troubled because someone was spreading rumours that Jesus’ Second Coming had happened and that they had somehow missed him. In 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 Paul wrote to them and said “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of destruction; Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitting in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God”. The ultimate destroyer, the devil and father of lies, who is the original murderer and source of all original sin and author of all evil is coming to planet Earth in the person that Paul calls the man of sin. Paul says that there is going to be a falling away or rebellion before this man of sin is revealed. This man is known as the son of destruction or antichrist. He is the exact opposite of Jesus. As the devil incarnate, or the devil in the flesh he will oppose and exalt himself above the true God. He will enter the temple of God or what this temple represents or whatever is in its place and proclaim himself God. Jesus describes this man of sin as the Abomination of Desolation. This man will command that his followers kill and destroy all who will not accept his claim that he is God. Just as the world before the Flood became a fool’s paradise that was full of wickedness and destruction caused by the Nephilim or fallen ones, so the antichrist will attempt the same thing. He will attempt to destroy anything that he cannot possess. So, what is the devil waiting for? Paul says in 2 Thessalonians 2: “For the mystery of iniquity does already work: only he who now lets, will let, until he be taken out of the way.” The mystery of iniquity is the secret power or mystery of lawlessness that exists within fallen rebellious hearts. This is the secret or hidden power of wickedness that lurks within the tradition of all religion including the atheism of evolution. It is behind every murder, every act of depravity, every act of lawlessness, child abuse and the shedding of innocent blood across all time. It is a mystery because people do not know the real source of the evils that they do. The world believes that the lies that the devil speaks, that the satisfaction of lusts will be pleasurable and without pain. The world is the mysterious spiritual Babylon, following in the way of the murderous Cain and trading with the father of lies, trading to satisfy the lust of the eyes, the lust of the flesh and the pride of life.

Jesus’ Holy Spirit is the secret power of righteousness behind every act of goodness, kindness and mercy. He is the ultimate inspiration of everything good upon the Earth. Jesus said in John 3:19-21 “This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the power of God”. Those who do what is good live by the truth, they come into the light, they are judged by the light, they are freed by the light, and it may be seen clearly that the good that they do is inspired by the secret power of righteousness and not by themselves. Jesus is ruling from heavenly places. Jesus as the Son of David is on the throne of his father David, and by his Holy Spirit, Jesus is working ceaselessly to bring goodness, love and blessing into the hearts of all. Jesus as the Son of David is also on the throne of God, because Jesus IS GOD. That is why it says in Psalm 110:1 “The LORD [Yehovah] said unto my Lord [Adon], Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool”. Yehovah God is the Adon or Lord of All. Adon in Hebrew means Lord, literally to the first or strong judge. The Holy Spirit is at work to a greater or lesser extent within the hearts of all people, even those who do not know or recognize him as God. This is because God is love, and God cannot help but bless people, showing kindness and mercy to those he loves. It is the Holy Spirit that is preventing the man of sin from being revealed until the time comes for Jesus to return. One day, the Holy Spirit will be taken away for a short time so that the murdering devil and his murderous followers can be revealed in his true light, or rather his true darkness. The devil is desperately wicked but hides his ultimate evil from those who trade and do business with him. That is why Paul says in 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 “And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” Jesus will destroy the man of sin with the Spirit of his mouth, the living word of God. He will also destroy Mystery Babylon, those that form part of the devil’s kingdom. Satan cannot proclaim himself God without those who accept this lie as true. These are the people that will put into effect the devil’s command to destroy abominably those who oppose him. It says regarding this dreadful time in Daniel 12:1-2 “And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which stands for the sons of your people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time your people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book. And many of them that sleep in the dust of the earth shall awake, some to everlasting life, and some to shame and everlasting contempt. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the heavens; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever”. One day, those that sleep in the dust of the earth will rise from the dead. The heart that people die with is the heart that they will rise with. Behaviour in life will become inheritance in resurrection. The scoffers that follow the ways of this world, that are part of the fool’s paradise of Mystery Babylon, and who live for the satisfaction of their lusts will rise to shame and everlasting contempt. The Sons of God are the wise who have the eternal life’s breath or Holy Spirit of the paradise of God’s fatherhood dwelling in their hearts, they will rise to shine like the stars in the heavens in the Kingdom of their Father.

So, what about you? Someone once sang, living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see. Are you following in the ways of the religion of established church tradition? Are you living with your eyes closed in a fool’s paradise, misunderstanding all you see? Have you got problems that God hasn’t sorted? Yes? Well surprisingly, God has his problems or rather problem too which is not being sorted. God’s biggest and only problem is the established religious institution called church that exchanged the truth of God with lying traditions, and God’s problem seems to be getting worse and worse. It says in Hebrews 3 that God swore by himself that the Israelites who came out of Egypt would never be allowed to enter God’s rest. Why? Because of their continued wilful disobedient rebellious arrogant prideful unbelief. The same is true of the established institution called church. Individual members will, but the religious church establishment that is deceived into thinking that tradition is truth will never enter God’s rest. Jesus said in Mark 9:23 “all things are possible to those who believe”, but what did Jesus mean when he said believe? Established church religion has its own definition of what it means to believe that came from the religion of the Christianized but fallen Roman Empire: rituals, rites, ceremonies, offerings, confessions, vestments, priests, altars, incense, incantations, enchantments, spells, liturgies, creeds or theologies. Such believing leads to nothing being possible except church religion in which nothing is real, and nothing to get hung about. To really believe, means something practical and real, something that leads to the manifestation of miracle working supernatural kingdom-promised power of God’s Holy Spirit. In John 12, Jesus and his disciples were invited to the house of Martha, Mary and Lazarus for dinner. Lazarus reclined at the table with Jesus, and Martha served the food. During the meal, Mary brought an excessive amount of incredibly expensive perfumed oil to Jesus, the Anointed One. She anointed Jesus’ feet with the oil and dried his feet with her hair. The whole house was filled with the fragrance of the anointing oil. The oil was probably worth a whole year’s wages for a common working man, and the great cost of the oil did not go unnoticed by Jesus’ disciples. Judas in particular was horrified by what he considered such a disgusting waste and was deeply offended in his pride poisoned marvellous me heart when Jesus told him to let Mary be. Why did Mary honour Jesus in such an incredible way by giving Jesus such an extravagant gift? Mary was extravagant because in her redeemed heart of hearts she knew that Jesus loved her and her family. It says in Proverbs 23 that as someone thinks in the heart, so they are. Mary believed in her heart or hearts that Jesus was the Anointed One, the Messiah and the Chosen One who had come from God. Mary believed implicitly that there was nothing that God, through Jesus, could not and would not do for Mary, Martha and Lazarus. After all, Jesus had recently risen Lazarus from the dead. Jesus’ disciple Judas, on the other hand did not believe. Why? Because he had unredeemed original sinning simply superior marvellous me nature of the murderous Cain. It says in John 13:1 “Now before the feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them unto the end [uttermost]”. Even though Jesus loved Judas just as much as Mary, in his cold blue uncaring pride-poisoned simply superior marvellous me hard heart, Judas decided to betray Jesus into the hands of the Chief Priests, the church leaders of the day, for thirty pieces of silver. This was the predicted in Zechariah 11 and was enough money to purchase a field. Remarkably, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, David prophesied regarding Judas when he said in Psalm 41:9 “Yea, mine own familiar friend, in whom I trusted, which did eat of my bread, has lifted up his heel against me. But you, O Lord, be merciful to me, and raise me up, that I may pay them back. By this I know that you favour me, because mine enemy doth not triumph over me”.  Judas was a trusted friend of Jesus, and they frequently ate together. However, it says in John 13:27 that Satan entered Judas’ heart, and in Luke 22:48 that Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss. Judas’ betrayal of Jesus led to Jesus’ death on the cross, but God answered both David’s and Jesus’ prayer from Psalm 41. Jesus as the Son of David was risen by God from the dead and ultimately Judas, as the enemy of Jesus, did not triumph over him, nor did the devil who inspired such a despicable kiss. In John 17 Jesus described Judas as the son of destruction, and after serving the purposes of the destroying devil, as a son of destruction Judas was inspired by the father of lies to destroy himself by hanging himself on a tree. Why? Because he said in his heart, how could someone as marvellous as me do a terrible thing like that. We have looked at Mary, and Judas. But what about Martha? Well, in Luke 10 another incident is described involving Martha and Mary. Jesus had been invited for dinner. Martha was probably the eldest and was responsible for preparing a meal for Jesus and their guests. Martha was quite naturally getting more and more stressed by all the preparations, but Mary was sitting at Jesus’ feet and listening to what Jesus had to say. Eventually, Martha couldn’t take it anymore and blurted out something to Jesus that many people should say but few actually do. She said in Luke 10:40 “Lord, don’t you care?” Jesus responded to Martha in love, and replied in Luke 10:41-42 “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things: But one thing is needful: and Mary has chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her”. Maybe there was brokenness is Martha’s heart that caused her to fear rejection if not by Jesus, then possibly by his disciples who were probably more interested in the food than Jesus. Maybe she felt she had to prepare the best meal that she could to guarantee that she would be loved. As Jesus came to bind the broken-hearted, if that was the case Martha’s broken heart would have been healed. No doubt she learned from Jesus, and both Martha and indeed Lazarus were party to Mary’s extravagant gift of anointing oil. So, what do you believe? True faith in the heartfelt Holy Spirit revealed truth of the living word of God has nothing whatsoever to do with fantasy faith in the fairy tale tradition of the religion of the church establishment. As we have seen, all religion, even the tradition of established church religion is the Mother of Prostitutes that, with false faith, persecutes, by wielding the stick of Constantine’s theological orthodox tradition, the true followers of Jesus that really believe. Do you believe that the real Jesus loves you like Mary did? Have you chosen the one thing that matters like Mary did? Mary chose to anoint Jesus’ feet with an extravagant gift of anointing oil because she believed. Martha chose to be honest and tell Jesus how she really felt because she believed. Lazarus was risen from the dead because Jesus believed. Judas chose to betray Jesus with a kiss because he did not believe in Jesus. Instead, he believed that he was the simply superior marvellous me. It was the marvellous Chief Priests, the church leaders of the day, who took money from the Temple Treasury to pay for Jesus’ betrayal. And yet, when Judas threw the money back into the Temple in remorse, the murderous Chief Priests would not accept it back because it was blood money. Instead, they purchased the field of blood used as a cemetery for foreigners. Such is the hypocrisy of all religious belief systems, the established church included. According to Jesus, people behave what they really believe. People behave from their hearts not their heads. How people behave from the heart is the revelation of their sonship, it reveals who their true father really is. It says in Jeremiah 29:11-13 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you prosperity and hope. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will listen unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart”. Jesus will be found by those who seek him with all of their hearts. A father whose son was suffering from epileptic fits sought Jesus asking if he could help. Jesus said to him in n Mark 9:23 “all things are possible to those who believe”. In Mark 9:24 the father replied in tears saying “Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief”. Jesus did, and the son was healed. John said in 1 John 3:21-23 “Beloved, if our heart condemns us not, then have we confidence toward God. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight. And this is his commandment, that we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.” Those that find Jesus (Yeshua) and believe in their hearts in the name of the Son of God, like Mary, Martha and no doubt Lazarus, have the hearts of the Sons of God that do not condemn them. They receive from Jesus whatever they ask for because they keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight. They love one another just as Jesus commanded. It is up to you! People behave what they really believe. What do you believe? How do you behave?

Prayer: Dear Father, I acknowledge that religious belief systems do nothing to redeem people from the satanic principles of rebellion, hatred, independence, selfishness and pride. I know that people can be deceived by religion into thinking that even though these awful and evil principles are a welcome part of their simply superior marvellous me natural lives, such behaviour does not matter to you if they believe what their religion teaches them. I acknowledge that this is a lie. I renounce these horrible things and instead would like to receive everything that you want me to receive. I would like to know you the way Martha, Mary and Lazarus knew you. I would like to believe in your love the way Mary did. In the name of Yeshua the Messiah, please redeem me from the not marvellous but murderous pride that lurks within the original Cain nature that everyone except Jesus shares, and inspire within me such confidence and trust in you that I will be able to keep your commandments, love and please you in everything that I do and receive from you anything I ask because that is what you promised. That will bring both you and me glory, your glory, not mine, forever.
